DEKORA is a luxury home staging and furnishing company. We help transform properties into market-ready showpieces through high-end staging, full-service furnishing, white glove installation, and design styling.
Which areas do you serve?
We primarily serve Calgary and surrounding regions. Depending on project scope, we may also consider projects outside this area—please contact us to discuss availability.
Do you work with international or out-of-town clients?
Yes, we work with clients who may not live locally. For furnishing projects, we can manage sourcing, delivery, and styling on your behalf. Staging projects outside our main service area may require additional arrangements.
What is your design philosophy?
Our approach blends luxury, comfort, and functionality. Every piece is carefully selected to create a sense of balance and emotion—helping potential buyers or homeowners imagine themselves living in the space.
Luxury Staging
What is luxury home staging and how is it different from standard staging?
Luxury staging goes beyond basic furniture placement. We curate high-end furnishings, artwork, and accessories, styled to highlight the property’s best features and create a memorable impression for potential buyers.
How much does staging cost and how long does it last?
Costs vary based on property size, scope of work, and furnishings required. Typically, staging packages run for 45 days, with extension options available. We provide custom quotes after assessing each property.
Do you provide the furniture and décor for staging?
Yes. All furniture, artwork, and accessories are supplied by DEKORA as part of the staging package. Clients do not need to purchase items separately.
What happens to the furniture after staging is complete?
Once the staging period ends, we remove all items. If clients wish to purchase certain pieces, we can discuss purchase options separately.

What is your White Glove Service?
Our White Glove Service covers everything: design planning, product sourcing, purchasing, delivery, assembly, installation, and final styling. We take care of every detail so you can move into a beautifully finished home without stress.
How do you select furniture and décor for clients?
We consider your style preferences, budget, and lifestyle needs. Our designers then curate selections for you to review, ensuring every piece fits seamlessly into your home.
Do you work with local or international suppliers?
We source from both high-quality local and international suppliers, giving you access to a wide range of premium furniture and décor options.
How long does the furnishing process take?
Timelines vary depending on availability of products, custom orders, and shipping. We provide an estimated schedule at the start of the project and keep you updated throughout.

How do I get started with DEKORA?
The first step is to book a consultation. We’ll review your property, discuss your goals, and create a tailored plan for staging or furnishing.
Do you handle delivery and installation?
Yes. Our team manages all logistics, from receiving items to delivery, assembly, and placement in your home. You don’t have to worry about a thing.
Can I buy the furniture used in staging or furnishing?
Absolutely. Many clients choose to purchase pieces they love. We can provide pricing details for items used in your project.
Do you offer aftercare or follow-up services?
Yes, we provide support after installation. Whether it’s additional styling, adding new pieces, or refreshing your space in the future, our team is available to assist.
